Our Firm

Verhelst CPA was formed in 1988 in Oregon, WI.  The Firm was founded by Martin Verhelst, CPA (1949–2017).  His idea was to create a Firm focused on providing tax and accounting services to clients with exceptional and personal service with experienced staff, knowledgeable about the tax industry. The goal was to be a leader in serving business and individual clients in the Madison area. 
 
We serve those who value relationships built on trust and mutual respect. In return, we give them honest hard work, tax expertise, and deliver a product that makes us very proud.
 
Our fundamental beliefs are, and will always be, to truly make a difference and give our clients the best service possible, to build a Firm where exceptional people choose to work, a Firm that values meaningful relationships within the industry.
